The global warming is a hoax conspiracy theory is believed by those who think global warming is not real, and that the media is blowing it up too much. There are many prominent people who advocate this theory despite the evidence. Many people’s lack of trust in science and the government has fueled this conspiracy, along with other main events that have occurred, such as the Exxon Mobil controversy. I picked this conspiracy theory because I try my best to help the environment in any way, and I wanted to understand why so many people wouldn’t believe educated, and skilled scientists. To me, the answers are clear as to why people should think global warming is real, but still many people have yet to switch their beliefs.
